Listing policy

How companies get listed on cdpap.nyc, how the list is ordered, and how listings are corrected or removed.

Who we list

We list every organization contracted with PPL as a CDPAP facilitator that serves New York City, at no cost. When we add other categories, we will publish who qualifies for each one here.

How we check listings

We check each listing against official sources, such as PPL’s published facilitator list or state license records, and show the date we last checked it. Companies can send us updates at any time.

How the list is ordered

Lists appear in random order, reshuffled once a day, so no company is always first. You can filter by borough, language and services. Payment never changes order or filters.

Free and paid listings

  • Every listing, free: name, phone, website, boroughs served, languages, services, the date we last checked it, and a “contact this company” button.
  • Paid listings add: a logo, photos and a longer description, marked “Paid listing”.

Corrections and removals

Any company can correct its listing for free by emailing [email protected]. We remove or pause a listing if a company loses its contract or license, is excluded from Medicaid or Medicare, gives misleading information, or offers families or caregivers gifts or payments for choosing it. We never remove a listing because a company does not pay.
